The So Kwun Wat area is a complex luxurious residential project along the TMTL, developed by Kerry Properties. It comprises of 43 individual houses and 20 blocks of low intensity residential buildings. Our company completed the design, supply and installation of the external stone cladding for the clubhouse, lobby / entrance of the entire project including the individual houses. In terms of the construction design, the club houses area made use of two Chinese material “Black Pearl” and “Mid Grey”; while the rest of the construction employed limestone “Gascoigne Beige” originated from Portugal.
